We have washing stations. Bring: washable plate, bowl, mug, cutlery (spoon!), cloth napkin * Bring Canadian Money to Register (if you aren't from around these parts) * Bring a Sleeping Bag (if you are billeting with us) * Bring a Towel and Soap - we have showers on-site! * Canada is Really Big - bring a map so you don't get lost: Get a map and exact driving directions using the "Map to 200 Crichton St" link in the left sidebar of the Jam Home Page (above) * Bring a Book to donate to The School of Dance Library It can be anything suitable for children to adults. The School of Dance - Building Etiquette ---------------------------------------- * Fragrance-free building! Leave your perfumes and scents at home. * Shoe-free building! Leave your street shoes at the main door. * Only Pure Water in the Dance Studios - nothing else. No flavours, oils, hints, tints, or essences in the water, please. The School of Dance provides drinking fountains with filtered water. * Water containers must be spill-resistant closed-top - no open cups. * Please stay on the main floor level while inside The School of Dance. The top floor is off-limits and is on a separate alarm system. * Neighbourhood on-street parking is available - more details on-site. * Floors in dance studios are covered in clean black vinyl Rosco ("Marley") Bring socks if sliding is an essential part of your improvisation style. * Dancing is Your Personal Responsibility - On-Site Waiver Required See the "Liability Waiver" link in the left sidebar of the Jam Home Page. You must sign a copy of this waiver when you arrive. Housing / Hébergement --------------------- * Have your billeting arranged before you arrive! Ottawa is a small community; late billeting may not be possible. If you don't have billeting arranged, come prepared to stay in a hotel. Find out when the host will be ready to receive you.
