Here is a tentative agenda / timeline of the next steps:
  1. Propose and discuss activities for the jam (See  >>>  Structured Activities During Jam )
  2. Decide on activities for the jam and create a first draft of the schedule
  3. Decide on total fee for three days (we talked about $60 or $65)  (See  >>>  Budget )
  4. Create first version of e-flyer (with total fee but no breakdown) for early dissemination of information
  5. Send of first batch of e-flyers

  • FiIl in Vision page.
  • Create a description for e-flyer and real flyer
  • Find someone to create these flyers or create them oursleves

  • Send description to John for Facebook and Canadian website
  • Send E-flyer to P, Kaejas, Lisa P, Susanna H, Kathleen R, Suzanne L., John N/Facebook, Suzanne G., Earthdance, Ian A, Brando and Western Massers, Montrealers, Jen G, DNE, Ayrlie, Roy W, Detroiters?, Miro, Emma M. in Killaloe.... and invite them into the dialogue about what they want from contact community in the region.
  • Print real flyers.
  • Hold Conversation Cafes Feb 1 and 4 - talk to Laura (Josh is unavailable, but he is offering his house, and Laura says she is interested in hosting us)
  • Meet with Ayrlie beforehand re. her dance camp in Ontario!  Meet 4 PM on WEd Feb 4th at Nova Era and then find a place to eat and meet.
  • Meet to design weekend overall - whether to book both floors for more than just Saturday, and whether to expand into Friday before and monday after with workshops and lab time,or something else.  Give it a name.
  • Give Andy a deposit?
  • Make an action plan that all could follow and work from that allows for adequite time for things to be done.
