It's a 3-day jam this year, Saturday through holiday Monday at the National Ballet School.

Arrive Friday for Toronto's weekly ecstatic dance and late-night contact jam at our traditional home, Dovercourt House (see details below).

Throughout the weekend, one beautiful studio is always available for open jamming.

The healing arts space is always available. Practitioners will be making offerings throughout the weekend.

Friday pre-jam

While the Ontario jam starts Saturday morning at the National Ballet School, you can start your weekend Friday night at Dovercourt House, at these regular weekly events:

Arrive by 7:00 for The Move, a weekly ecstatic dance (expect it to fill up by 7:00). $12-$15 at the door.

Or come after for the weekly late-night contact jam (arrive after 9:45, often goes until midnight and beyond). $5-$15 at the door.

Both events are at Dovercourt House, 2nd floor, 805 Dovercourt Rd.

Saturday

10:00 Doors open. Breakfast snacks available.

10:30 Opening circle.

11:00 Open jamming, and an intro contact class for total newbies with Henry Wai.

12:30 Lunch

2:30-4:00 All-levels contact class with Allen & Karen Kaeja.

4:00-5:30 Authentic movement with Tanya Williams.

5:30 Dinner

7:00 Jam with live music by Jennifer Gillmor.

9:30 Clean-up, out by 10:00.

Sunday

10:00 Doors open. Breakfast snacks available.

10:30 Lead warm-up.

11:00 Open jamming, with 1-on-1's organized by Charlie Halpern-Hamu.

12:30 Lunch

2:30 All-levels lab with Peggy Baker.

4:00 Response-Ability at Our Edges: A lab with Tanya Williams.

5:30 Dinner

7:00 DJ'd dance jam.

9:30 Clean-up, out by 10:00.

Monday

Monday is a silent morning. Soften into your body and into the moment.

10:00 Doors open. Breakfast snacks available.

10:30 Underscore-inspired warm-up and jam.

12:30 Lunch

Afternoon: Open jamming

3:30 Closing circle and clean-up. Out by 5:00.
